Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Weekly Hours: 40

Required Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in social sciences, education, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in computer applications, a valid driver's license, and vehicle insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive support services to individuals and families.
- Implement strategies aimed at enhancing family dynamics and behaviors.
- Stay informed about client requirements and available community resources.
- Prepare reports and ensure adherence to program standards.
- Organize events and advocate for available services.
Additional Responsibilities: Evaluate participant needs, participate in community gatherings, engage in staff training, and support all YFS initiatives.
Physical Requirements: Flexible working hours and the ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
