  • Serve as a project manager for restaurant activations, collaborating with internal teams to facilitate these efforts using our Salesforce platform.
  • Provide Q&A support to internal teams, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to our digital ordering products.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience with a demonstrated history of success and increasing responsibilities.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in project management and/or analytics, with a keen attention to detail for problem-solving.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL (query development), Sigma (report generation), and Airtable.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Slack.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.).
