The Exhibit Service Specialist within our Rental team is tasked with the production, preparation, and packaging of trade show rental exhibits and components for client shipment. This role presents unique challenges and responsibilities within the Trade Show and Experiential Marketing sector.

Key Responsibilities of the Exhibit Service Specialist
  • Prepare and receive exhibit properties efficiently.
  • Execute all pull and preparation services for assigned clients as required.
  • Conduct repair and refurbishment tasks for designated clients.
  • Interpret layouts or drawings with dimensions and instructions.
  • Utilize advanced skills in operating power machinery and hand tools.
  • Perform crate inspections for setup prior to events and upon return.
  • Package all components, hardware, and graphics for shipment, ensuring all necessary items are included.
  • Provide guidance to Helpers as assigned based on project scope.
  • Travel to event sites to oversee installation and dismantling of exhibits as needed.
  • Engage with clients on-site in a professional manner.
  • Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
  • Work independently to complete projects within budgeted hours with minimal supervision.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.

Requirements & Qualifications for the Exhibit Service Specialist
  • High School diploma with 1 to 3 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime and weekends.
  • A positive, reliable attitude with a strong desire to learn and develop.
