We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Banquets to lead our banquets department and deliver exceptional events to our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of banquet operations, from planning and execution to team management and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement banquet strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead a team of banquet coordinators and servers to ensure seamless event execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute events, including catering, audiovisual, and décor
  • Manage banquet budgets and ensure financial goals are met
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise during events

Requirements
