Job Summary

SERVPRO of Albany is seeking a skilled Restoration Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews. This front-line management position leads the team to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop accurate project scopes and estimates using proprietary software and hardware
  • Negotiate project scope and estimate approvals with customers and clients
  • Coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects, including subcontractors
  • Review job site documentation to ensure proper client requirements and billing processes
  • Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives
  • Manage production expenses, including equipment, vehicles, and material assets
Additional Responsibilities
  • Manage customer and client experiences, tracking online reviews
  • Provide priority response to potential customers
  • Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or GED; associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience
  • At least 3 years of industry experience
  • IICRC certification preferred
Skills and Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces
  • Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects
  • Ability to work with and around cleaning agents
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
