Job Title: Site Production Operations Lead

This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing all production activities and operations at the site. The successful candidate will ensure effective management of production teams and programs, adhering to compliance regulations and achieving the annual production plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the annual production strategy, aligning resources, time, and materials to meet site production goals.
  • Collaborate with site teams (Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Technical Services, Engineering, EHS, OpEx, & Training) to ensure alignment of objectives, priorities, and projects impacting production planning and execution.
  • Coach and develop production supervisors, medical device production process specialists, production process technical specialists, production support specialists, and team rotational developmental technicians to ensure team health and success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent job-relevant experience in production (15+ years).
  • Working knowledge of cGMP and ISO13485 regulations applicable to the medical device industry.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong understanding of operations and maintenance knowledge, including resource, time, and material allocations.
  • Knowledge of engineering principles applied to design, operation, and maintenance of production mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Ability to develop and implement plans, gain alignment with interfaces, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
