Job Title: Card Access Project Manager

At PPC Partners Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Card Access Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer needs are met and providing technical leadership and support to branch resources for integrated system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review proposals for key stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources while monitoring the process from concept through implementation.
  • Prepare interim and completion project reports.
  • Ensure profitability goals are met monthly.
  • Direct and guide other directly reporting department heads with sales, budgeting, and problem-solving.
  • Manage, plan, schedule, communicate, facilitate, and report project-related tasks.
  • Break work down into manageable tasks required to meet project objectives and assign and/or direct work of sub-contractors.
  • Responsible for career development and performance coaching of department supervisors and other direct reports.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in construction management, business management, finance, or computer science.
  • 3-5 years' of management experience in commercial card access, video surveillance, and intrusion security.
  • Positive safety attitude and personal integrity.
  • Ability to think conceptually and apply practical solutions.
  • Strong engineering, project management, customer service, and computer skills, including Microsoft Office experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving, team player, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent thinker, collaborator, and team leader.
  • Knowledge of current card access, video surveillance, and intrusion hardware, software, and solutions available to the industry.
  • Knowledge in management of people, annual planning, and critical thinking.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • Basic business financial knowledge.
