Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist customers with finding products and answering questions about merchandise
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stock room, and outdoor merchandise area
- Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints
- Participate in store meetings and contribute to team efforts to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and pricing of merchandise
- Maintain back stock levels and ensure signage is current throughout the store
- Communicate any merchandising, cost control, or sales ideas to management

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Salary and Benefits
