Job Summary:

The Bilingual Customer Care Representative will be responsible for making outbound contacts to members and/or providers regarding various issues. This role performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks, typically working on routine and patterned assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform necessary follow-up with members and/or providers.
  • Ensure responses to member and/or provider inquiries are completed on a timely basis to achieve service and quality standards.
  • Work independently or with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a call center environment.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service related experience.
  • Bilingual - English, Spanish.
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, utilizing multiple shared systems, platforms, and ability to troubleshoot/resolve general technical issues.
