ASIC Manufacturing Support Team Manager

Position Overview
As a pivotal figure in the realm of chip manufacturing, you will spearhead a dynamic team dedicated to bridging the gap between premier chip foundries and our clientele. Your leadership will be essential in guiding engineers to deliver exceptional, customer-oriented assistance to various stakeholders, including startups, SMEs, and academic institutions throughout their chip design and production journey.
Key Responsibilities
Your role will encompass a variety of critical tasks, including:
- Providing expert technical advice to clients regarding design specifications, libraries, and wafer production methodologies.
- Ensuring the integrity and quality of chip designs based on manufacturing documentation and accumulated team knowledge.
- Preparing chip designs for fabrication at leading foundries.
- Assisting clients with final approvals utilizing advanced CAD software tools.
- Collaborating with the sales team during technical discussions with clients.
- Overseeing project timelines from inception to completion, ensuring all milestones are achieved.
- Managing team dynamics and human resources effectively as a Team Leader.
- Encouraging teamwork within your group and across other departments.
- Utilizing your expertise to enhance the overall client experience.
- Ensuring your team is well-equipped to deliver high-quality customer support.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who possess:
- A Master's degree or higher in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, complemented by at least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership capabilities and coaching skills, with a focus on managing a team and addressing complex technical inquiries.
- Key attributes such as initiative, client orientation, punctuality, teamwork, and motivation.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English to effectively support our clients.
- A solid understanding of foundry technologies and chip fabrication processes.
