Position Overview

Reporting Structure

This role will report to the Manufacturing Operations Team Leader in the Industrial/Manufacturing sector.

Role Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Directly supervise production personnel and coordinate their tasks.
  • Production Scheduling: Establish and manage production objectives and timelines.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products comply with rigorous quality standards.
  • Safety Management: Uphold safety regulations and maintain a secure working environment.
  • Employee Development: Facilitate ongoing training and professional growth for team members.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and address production challenges effectively.
  • Inventory Oversight: Manage the inventory of materials and components.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously assess and enhance production methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise operations to maximize production output.
  • Organize workflow and schedules in collaboration with the production team.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and professional standards.
  • Monitor and prioritize tasks to achieve production targets.
  • Evaluate production stages to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Maintain effective communication between staff and management.
  • Ensure the timely flow of raw materials and resources.
  • Conduct annual performance evaluations for employees.
  • Possess knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment.
  • Demonstrate IT proficiency.
  • Exhibit strong organizational, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Display excellent problem-solving abilities and a robust work ethic.
  • Ability to develop and adhere to production protocols.
  • Capable of drafting clear and accurate reports.
  • Possess relevant training and certification in industrial production, engineering, or related fields.
