DESCRIPTIONS.[2]: Business Development Manager - Commercial Auto

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to lead our growth strategy in the commercial auto and fleet claims market. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, generating leads, and managing the sales process to secure new business in the commercial auto segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development plans to achieve revenue growth and market expansion objectives within the commercial auto segment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within MGAs, carriers, and self-insured clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Generate leads and manage the sales process to secure new business in the commercial auto segment.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in the commercial auto/fleet claims market in a business development, sales, or account management role.
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining senior client relationships, with a focus on driving new revenue growth.
  • Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.

Estimated salary range: $160,000 - $220,000 per year. Benefits include a comprehensive health-insurance package, 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching, flexible PTO policy, and remote work options.
