Job Title: Jr. Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Jr. Account Executive to join our team at Level 3 Audiovisual. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit a consultative sales approach to determine clients' technology needs and provide clear communication of AV/IT solutions that best fit their requirements.
  • Uncover project opportunities and manage thorough handoffs to our operations or special projects team.
  • Identify and select a core group of consultants, architects, and construction management firms to target on a continuing basis, scheduling and presenting Level 3 Audiovisual's capabilities, and developing relationships with senior-level and key decision-makers.
  • Present Level 3 Audiovisual offerings with appropriate enterprise prospects and organizations, assist fellow team members with larger opportunities, and participate in AVIXA, IFMA, AIA, and other pertinent organizations for networking purposes.
Requirements:
  • College degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of sales and/or business development experience with high-level executives.
  • AV/IT experience preferred.
  • Detail orientation and ability to follow through with lengthy projects.
  • Excellent spelling, grammar, and business proposal preparation skills.
  • Creativity and independent thinking.
  • Proven proficiency in common software applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and internet savvy.
Performance Metrics:
  • (7) Seven new qualified leads/opportunities each month.
  • Follow up/schedule meetings with (4) four existing clients per month to update on Level 3 Audiovisual and discuss new opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed business development pipeline tracker and locate all opportunities within NetSuite.
  • Participate with management in a monthly conference call to review activities and progress toward metrics.
