Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of on-site payroll, working closely with the corporate payroll team to process bi-weekly payroll, and executing and managing paid time off, run reports, and communicate across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the go-to expert for on-site payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Work closely with the corporate payroll team to process bi-weekly payroll.
- Execute and manage paid time off, run reports, and communicate across departments.
- Send reminders and ensure timely submission of payroll-related documents.
- Lead weekly labor meetings and maintain labor planning reports.
- Manage payroll processes for multiple locations, including Nashville and Columbus, OH.
- Collaborate with department heads to align labor strategies with payroll.
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality, accurate work.
- Proactive and eager to explore efficient payroll processes.
- Organized, able to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Capable of effective communication, maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
- Experienced with ADP payroll systems and comfortable using technology.
- Educated with an associate degree or higher in accounting or human resources (preferred).
