**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team at Southern Walls and Windows, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing clerical, administrative, and payroll-related tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Process payroll transactions, including direct deposit requests and data, wage garnishments, and adjustments in pay for raises, bonuses, and commissions
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including certified payroll reporting, payroll tax payments, union fringe reporting, and workman's compensation reporting and claims
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and labor standards
* Prepare and maintain accurate records, including time sheets, payroll reports, and other relevant documents
* Communicate effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders regarding payroll-related matters
* Perform other related duties as assigned

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
* 2 years relevant experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to prioritize and multitask
* Neat and professional appearance
* Reliable transportation
