Assist in managing essential financial functions including receivables, payables, and project administrative closure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounts Receivable
  • Oversee all client collection activities
  • Record, process, and archive cash receipts
  • Generate and distribute monthly client statements
  • Prepare and issue client invoices
  • Reconcile associated general ledger accounts
Accounts Payable
  • Process, record, and maintain all accounts payable (invoices, expense reports, credit card transactions)
  • Conduct weekly check runs
  • Maintain vendor profiles (terms, discounts, tax identification, etc.)
  • Monthly reconciliation of vendor accounts through statements and related transactions
  • Issue annual 1099 forms to vendors
  • Support office administration as required

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, QuickBooks, and Excel
  • Familiarity with Studio Designer and Ajera is advantageous
  • Experience in a cost-based professional services environment preferred
  • Background in the professional services sector is a plus
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and respond promptly
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency
