Job Summary

The Program Director is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility. This role ensures compliance, quality of care, and performance excellence in all aspects of the program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance and accreditation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with governing bodies to ensure licensure and accreditation.
  • Lead Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance program performance.
  • Ensure high-quality client care and treatment services.
  • Oversee clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Monitor key program metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with referral sources, hospitals, and payers.
  • Implement and operate within budgetary guidelines.
  • Provide coaching and training to staff members.
  • Play an active role in hiring and termination decisions.
  • Ensure adequate staffing and scheduling to maintain client safety.
Qualifications
  • CADC-II/III, LAADC, SUDCC-III, or functional equivalent.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Psychology).
  • 3+ years of behavioral healthcare experience and 1+ year of management experience.
  • Strong clinical expertise and business administration skills.
  • Exceptional leadership skills and execution capabilities.
Additional Requirements
  • The Program Director position requires on-call, evening, and weekend hours.
  • No history of alcohol or other drug misuse for a period of three years before employment.
  • Cultural sensitivity to employees and clients.
