Axiado is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Engineer to lead our Product Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing product engineering tasks, including NPI, product sampling, and yield/cost improvements, transitioning from low to high-volume manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee product engineering tasks, including NPI, product sampling, and yield/cost improvements, transitioning from low to high-volume manufacturing.
- Lead NPI, characterization, and qualification activities.
- Manage subcontractor partners and drive the NPI process with a global OSAT team.
- Collaborate with Design and Test Engineering to enhance product screening, coverage, and yield at wafer-probe and package levels.
- Develop and implement process-oriented, data-driven production methods to ensure product quality.
- Lead efforts to reduce test time and costs to meet manufacturing goals.
- Coordinate with Planning team to ensure timely delivery according to production schedules.
- Provide product engineering support for customer returns.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields with 5-7 years of relevant experience, or a Master's/PhD with 3-5 years of experience.
- Proven experience in successfully guiding multiple devices through NPI and scaling them to high-volume production.
- Familiarity with silicon setups/testing.
- Experience with wafer-level testing.
- Strong statistical analysis skills.
- Ability to conduct cross-functional meetings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
