Responsibilities

As the Clinical Operations Manager, you will oversee the clinical functions of your team of field staff and report directly to the Agency Administrator.

It is essential to be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

You should have a solid understanding of the challenges associated with delivering home health care services and be adept at problem-solving.

Prior experience in home health care and management will be beneficial in this rewarding position, along with a comprehensive knowledge of OASIS and Medicare guidelines, as you will be reviewing care plans regularly.

Qualifications
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the relevant state
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • A minimum of one year of nursing experience within the last 36 months
  • Experience in Medicare home health is highly preferred
  • Previous management or supervisory experience is advantageous
