  • Project Management: Lead and execute reliability-focused capital projects to improve plant performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive reliability improvements and support new equipment integration.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Plant Maintenance or Reliability Engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead teams effectively.
  • Experience with predictive maintenance technologies and root cause analysis.
  • A degree in mechanical, industrial, or a related engineering field.
