As a Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading initiatives that shape the technical landscape of our operations, guided by our core values of Safety, Excellence, Integrity, and Growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance Engineering: Focus on enabling equipment maintainability by providing essential parts lists, repair procedures, and inspection methods.
  • Engage with plant maintenance teams daily to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and refine equipment inspection plans and predictive monitoring strategies to identify potential failures early.
  • Gain in-depth technical knowledge of plant equipment through manuals and specifications.

Reliability Engineering: Aim to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime through engineered improvements and enhanced asset care strategies.

  • Lead initiatives to improve the reliability of critical equipment and systems.
  • Manage small to medium reliability-focused capital projects.
  • Oversee lubrication and predictive maintenance technology programs.
  • Support the development and maintenance of equipment standards.

Qualifications:

We seek engineers who are committed to excellence and eager to take on more responsibilities. Candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in plant maintenance and reliability engineering.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and solve complex technical challenges.
  • Experience with root cause analysis and predictive maintenance technologies.
  • A strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical systems.
  • A degree in mechanical, industrial, or a related engineering field.
