Senior Sales Manager

As a Senior Sales Manager at Snap-on, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability by developing and implementing strategic plans to maximize market share.
Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving sales and profitability goals for RS&I business units
- Providing tactical plans in areas of sales, promotion planning, profitability, and general business operations for assigned accounts
- Direct meeting contact with Key Account Customers
- Coordinating efforts of business units to support assigned customers
- Achieving sales targets and growth objectives
Requirements include:
- Proven direct sales and sales management experience
- Bachelor's degree and knowledge of Snap-on Equipment, preferred
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively present in front of groups
Preferred qualifications include experience supporting Multi-Store Operators in Mechanical or Collision repair industries, selling Undercar and Collision Equipment, and advanced knowledge of the Snap-on family of brands and equipment.
