About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Infrastructure Services Analyst to join our team at Loews Hotels & Co. As an Infrastructure Services Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and providing exceptional support to our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Configuration: Perform the installation and configuration of servers, desktops, peripherals, and data center infrastructure equipment based on application vendor specifications and end-user requirements.
  • Technical Support: Provide ongoing support for end-user PC hardware, PC software, and hotel application software.
  • Security and Maintenance: Perform the deployment and installation of appropriate security patches to desktop and server operating systems, and maintain an accurate, up-to-date inventory of all hardware, software, and licenses.
  • Problem Resolution: Perform problem definition and resolution, assist with system backups and restorations, and record client incident tickets and service requests.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Respond to client incident tickets concerning support, processing, and procedures, systems status, and network connectivity, and provision user roles, rights, and access in Windows Active Directory and business applications.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience: 2-4 years' experience providing technical support in a mid-large sized, fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Skills: Working knowledge of server and desktop hardware and software installation and configuration, hands-on experience with Windows operating systems and desktop applications, knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory configuration and management, and experience with property management system interface software and processes.
