Role Overview

As the IT Infrastructure and Security Lead, you will oversee the collaboration with external partners, including Managed Service Providers, to support a range of applications, telecommunications, network and server infrastructure, data centers, audio/video systems, and client device services on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise all aspects of IT infrastructure, encompassing network devices, servers, data storage solutions, client computing devices, and data centers across multiple global locations.
  • Ensure the security of our systems and data by implementing robust security measures. Conduct regular backups of all systems and facilitate data recovery services as needed.
  • Oversee the management of collaboration software services and systems, which include O365 email, file sharing, web conferencing, instant messaging, and various web applications.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in leading a diverse IT infrastructure team.
  • Familiarity with Cisco network equipment, including firewalls.
  • Experience with various telecommunications systems.
  • Knowledge of O365, Microsoft Defender, and Intune for Identity and Access Management.
  • Background in supporting a tiered service desk environment.
