Requirements
  • Education: Two-year college degree or equivalent certification in a related field.
  • Experience: Five years of IT help desk experience, including supporting remote users, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, experience with personal computer hardware assembly and maintenance, software installation and troubleshooting, and peripheral device setup.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office Windows-based products, and knowledge of Windows OS and iOS.
  • Soft Skills: Superior analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, technical knowledge, and decision-making ability, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
