Surface Mount Technology Machine Specialist

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Surface Mount Technology (proficient in reading components, understanding machinery, circuit cams, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Juki, Mirtec (AOI), and MPM machines or other SMT Pick and Place systems
- Knowledge of electronic component identification
- Ability to adhere to production schedules and comply with all safety and operational protocols.
- Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Capable of interpreting shop floor documentation
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
Desirable Skills
- Experience in SMT rework soldering
- Proficiency in SMT programming
- Ability to troubleshoot SMT equipment
- IPC-610 certification is a plus
Daily Responsibilities
