Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Student Support Services team at Stratford Public Schools. As a District Speech-Language Pathology Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting students with communication disorders and developing strategies to enhance their language skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized speech and language plans to meet the unique needs of students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in speech-language pathology and assistive technology
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • State Certification and Endorsement (061)
  • Experience with assistive technology and its applications in speech-language pathology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
