Nesco Resource is seeking a skilled Production Associate to join our team in a manufacturing environment. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Control: Read and understand job tickets and/or special instructions to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate basic functions of equipment to produce simple products, and identify minor machine errors to prevent jams and increase productivity.
  • Material Handling: Understand how to set up and feed material through different machines and observe control points of equipment.
  • Collaboration: Work cooperatively with other departments to help achieve manufacturing goals.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience: Basic math and reading skills required. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
