About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Solution Architect to lead complex enterprise customer engagements. You'll partner with key stakeholders to drive vision, develop comprehensive solutions, and deliver exceptional results.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and expertise on Salesforce solutions.
  • Leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, and crafting comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring successful project delivery, and advising on future-state process improvements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level projects, using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization.
  • Authority-level experience defining system architecture landscapes and delivering comprehensive solutions.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • A degree or equivalent proven experience, with a focus on innovation, creativity, and problem-solving.
Preferred Requirements

While not required, we welcome candidates with:

  • Validated results in delivering high-value business outcomes using agile approaches.
  • Experience leading customer and/or partner success stories.
  • Data Cloud implementation expertise.
  • API frameworks and Mulesoft knowledge.
  • Change management and evaluation model experience.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $157,900 to $217,200. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $143,500 to $197,400. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $157,900 to $217,200. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
