About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Allcon of Greenville. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing a warm and professional welcome, ensuring that every interaction is exceptional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, greeting visitors and clients with a welcoming attitude.
  • Accurately input and manage information across various systems, maintaining confidentiality and precision.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them seamlessly to the right department or individual.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and updating client records.
  • Assist the repair department with clerical tasks and help ensure that all operations run efficiently.
  • Coordinate office supply orders and reconcile the gas account.
  • Handle office-related tasks such as filing, organizing, and maintaining a tidy work environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk as necessary.
  • Proficiency with keyboarding and handling office equipment.
  • Occasional lifting items up to 20 lbs.
