About the Role

As a Business Services Coordinator at CBRE, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills to provide administrative support to various teams and departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and maintain conference rooms, including configuring furniture and equipment.
  • Organize and arrange office spaces, including setting up new workstations and swapping out tables for sit-stand desks.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving, keeping kitchen supplies tidy, and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Support EHS and ISO audits, ensuring the site is secure and compliant.
  • Troubleshoot and fix audio/video systems, including Teams and Crestron.
  • Assist employees with desk setup, including monitor arms, mounting, and adjustments.
  • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems.
  • Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.
  • Compile, copy, sort, and file records of the office, business transactions, and other activities.
  • Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information and respond to requests.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • BASIC math skills, including calculating simple figures such as percentages.
