We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Management Operations Specialist to join our team at Sunflower Bank NA.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and training for all Treasury Management products and services, including ACH Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, Online Wire Transfers, Positive Pay, Commercial Online Banking, Bill Pay, Sweep Accounts, and Lockbox.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inquiries and issues.
  • Conduct all facets of product and service implementations, modifications, and deletions, including reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness, entering data into affected systems, auditing input, and scanning documents according to procedure.
  • Support clients with file format setup and support for ACH, Wires, and Positive Pay, ensuring seamless integration with our Treasury Management products.
  • Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with other Bank departments, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication.
  • Perform permanent and temporary ACH, RDC, and Wire limit increases, adhering to established procedures and ensuring compliance with Bank policy and procedure, Federal Regulation, and NACHA Rules.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all TM functions, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Treat people with respect, keep commitments, inspire trust, work ethically, and uphold organizational values, demonstrating a strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish preferred (speak, read, and write).
  • Two years previous Treasury Management operations or implementation experience preferred.
  • Call center service skills preferred.
