This position entails the preparation of financial statements, management of partnership financial records, and the execution of related reporting in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, Noble's accounting policies, and relevant partnership-specific guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements as required by the organization, along with ad hoc reports.
  • Accounting Analysis: Conduct research and provide explanations for variances in monthly, quarterly, and annual income statements, as well as perform balance sheet analysis.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile all accounts, including derivatives and acquisition-related accounts, and assist the treasury department with cash flow forecasting.
  • Business Research: Investigate and resolve accounting and business-related issues; support the implementation of new accounting standards.
  • Audit Support: Prepare and respond to inquiries from both external and internal auditors.

Other responsibilities may be assigned by management as needed.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited institution.
  • 1-4 years of experience in financial statement preparation, financial consolidations, and general ledger accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with IFS 10 and OneStream is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and willingness to work overtime when necessary.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to responsibilities.
