Financial Operations Manager for Real Estate Company

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Techome. This full-time salaried position will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our companies across various industries, including real estate development, property management, a golf course, wedding venues, and a CBD company.
As a Bookkeeper at Techome, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements. You will be working closely with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping, a Bachelor's Degree, and proficiency in QuickBooks Online. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing a system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
- Perform weekly management of all accounts payable and receivable.
- Verifying vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
- Completing required paperwork for Tax and Insurance Information.
- Maintaining subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
- Balancing subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
- Balancing general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
- Maintaining historical records by filing documents in our cloud storage.
- Preparing financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
