Sales Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000, with uncapped commissions based on performance.

Job Description

We are seeking growth-minded individuals to handle all real estate activities and transactions on behalf of our clients. Responsibilities include making 100 meaningful contacts each week, generating new leads, converting leads to clients, and participating in team activities such as script practice and coaching.

  • Maintain a strong network of personal relationships and consistently communicate with clients
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
  • Host open houses and other events to showcase properties
  • Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
  • Educate clients on basic real estate procedures and verify property facts

Qualifications include a cheerful disposition, the ability to build rapport with clients, strong negotiation skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a motivated self-starter attitude.
