Real Estate Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Real Estate Assistant to join our team. As a Real Estate Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating and attending on-site property inspections with clients, helping clients determine the best offer price, and assisting through closing the deal to ensure a smooth and fair transaction for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients
- Determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal
- Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts, and emails
Requirements:
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
- Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
- Driven, motivated, and desires professional growth
