Job Description: As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in implementing behavior plans, working closely with BCBAs to ensure effective implementation and progress monitoring. You will also provide support and education to clients and their families, empowering them to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Implement behavior plans in client homes or community settings
* Work collaboratively with BCBAs to develop and modify behavior plans
* Provide direct support to clients and their families, teaching new skills and strategies
* Collect and analyze data to track client progress and make informed decisions
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
