  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies, including media and advertising, to attract top talent.
  • Source and screen candidates, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

  • Stay up-to-date on best practices, laws, and HR policies related to recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate with HR and other teams to provide career coaching and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (5 years).
  • Proven talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
  • Experience in healthcare/clinical recruitment, including recruitment of RNs, Social Workers, Pharmacists, and Physicians.
  • Strong skills in managing internal relationships and executing hiring plans.
  • Proficient in sourcing, screening, and using applicant tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with internet recruiting tools and advanced search techniques.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a high sense of urgency.
