Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for external and internal talent, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies, including media and advertising, to attract top talent.
- Source and screen candidates, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide necessary reports on recruiting metrics.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices, laws, and HR policies related to recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Collaborate with HR and other teams to provide career coaching and support as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (5 years).
- Proven talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
- Experience in healthcare/clinical recruitment, including recruitment of RNs, Social Workers, Pharmacists, and Physicians.
- Strong skills in managing internal relationships and executing hiring plans.
- Proficient in sourcing, screening, and using applicant tracking systems.
- Familiarity with internet recruiting tools and advanced search techniques.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a high sense of urgency.
