Job Title: Service Coordinator I

At American Repair Maintenance LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator I to join our team. As a Service Coordinator I, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient delivery of services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure all service appointments are efficiently organized, documented, and communicated to relevant parties.
  • Prepare and conduct follow-up for past workflows and ensure service requests are fully prepared for billing purposes.
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and client interactions.
  • Generate reports and update databases as needed.
  • Monitor dispatch workflow to process incoming work orders.
  • Communicate service requests to the appropriate service providers or technicians.
  • Gather client feedback and report on service performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to find solutions to issues as they arise.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, email).
  • A customer-centric approach and a drive to provide excellent service.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
