Your Role as a Customer Service RepresentativeYou will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless parking experience, facilitating the efficient flow of traffic through our facilities. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Providing top-notch customer service
- Assisting customers in making payments to automated revenue control equipment
- Giving directions to city locations and assisting customers in getting where they need to go quickly and easily
- Resolving customer complaints independently or with supervisor support
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment by keeping common areas tidy
- Presents themselves professionally at all times while working
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software or a strong aptitude for technology
- A valid state-issued driver's license, with a current address and acceptable driving record (if required to drive company vehicles)
You should also possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and maintain a pleasant demeanor when interacting with customers.
