Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service by connecting with guests to make a better experience for each and every person who stays at our hotel. This includes:
- Delivering personalized attention to ensure a memorable stay
- Participating in regular staff meetings and/or recurrent training to enhance knowledge and skills
- Maintaining thorough knowledge of reservation policies, promotions, and hotel services
In addition, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and uphold the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you must have:
- A High-school diploma required; some college preferred
- The ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a positive, professional attitude
- Strong problem resolution skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage dissatisfied guests effectively
- Excellent judgment and discretion when evaluating member/guest problems and determining solutions
- Ability to gather information from multiple systems to review, evaluate, and resolve problems efficiently
- An understanding of Choice's Values & Performance Principles: communication, collaboration, performance excellence, sense of urgency, openness to new ideas, inclusion & diversity, integrity, customer focus, and respect
We estimate an annual salary of $43,000-$53,000 for this position, depending on your level of experience.
