About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Facilities Manager to join our team, responsible for managing the day-to-day operational support and procedures for Industrious. This individual will play a critical role in delivering high-impact customer experience initiatives, streamlining facility operations, and ensuring compliance with state and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage vendor relationships, including recruitment and service level agreement standards
  • Oversee facilities tickets and building maintenance portals, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolutions
  • Plan, execute, and manage Capital Improvement and customization projects
  • Conduct site audits to ensure brand consistency and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs
  • Manage access control and security systems
  • Process vendor proposals and invoices
  • Ensure locations are planned and managed within budget
  • Create and manage cross-functional logbooks
  • Support new location launches through training and collaboration with Design, Construction, Unit Ops, and Launch partners
  • Liaise with location building and property teams to provide guidance and support for facilities operations
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in facilities management or relevant business operations
  • Ability to work independently, with excellent work ethic and reliability
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to represent Industrious interests to outside vendors and landlords
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Experience with gDrive/Dropbox file management and gSheets/Excel data integrity
Compensation and Benefits

The annual base compensation for this role is between $100,000 and $110,000, with an annual bonus calculated based on individual and company performance. Additionally, Industrious offers a comprehensive total compensation package, including heavily subsidized healthcare plans, generous paid time off, company stock options, wellness programs, professional development grants, and a 401k plan.
