Regional Operations Manager

Lead a regional territory in P&L, freshness, compliance, customer service, safety, recruitment, collective bargaining, training, and development of staff at all levels.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience and building brand loyalty.
- Merchandise Presentation: Create a "WOW" factor in store presentation and ensure visual standards are maintained.
- Inventory Management: Manage store inventory, including receiving, movement, and basic inventory management processes.
- Recruitment and Training: Ensure headcount goals are met, labor scheduling budgets are maintained, and employees are developed for growth.
- Operations: Manage store operations, including HR policies, P&L management, and sales growth.
- Communications: Effectively communicate company objectives to store management teams.
- Experience in retail store operations, with a minimum of 7 years of progressive responsibility.
- Proven track record of driving performance and key field operations metrics.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
- Revenue and profit-making orientation, with a focus on delivering a creative experience and profitable results.
