Front Desk Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team at Dimension Hospitality. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Check-in/Check-out: Greet and register guests, assign rooms, and provide room key and instructions as needed.
- Guest Services: Answer inquiries about hotel services, registration, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
- Account Management: Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts, make, confirm, and cancel reservations as needed.
- Payment and Cash Handling: Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests, posting charges as necessary.
- Communication: Date-stamp, sort, and rack incoming mail and messages, transmit and receive messages using equipment such as telephone, fax, and switchboard.
- Leadership: In a lead capacity, take responsibility for assigned employees, assign work, and ensure proper performance.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 3 months of hospitality, general office, accounts receivable, or customer service experience.
Salary: $14.00 to $16.00 per hour.
