Front Desk Associate Job Description

At Crestview Management, LLC, we are seeking a skilled Front Desk Associate to join our team at Marriott Dallas Las Colinas. As a Front Desk Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warm Welcome: Provide a friendly and professional greeting to guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
  • Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and special requests, offering prompt and helpful responses.
  • Reservations: Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately and according to company policy.
  • Billing: Process guest payments, ensuring accuracy and security.
  • Room Assignments: Assign rooms based on guest preferences and hotel availability.
  • Problem Solving: Address guest concerns and issues promptly and effectively, striving for guest satisfaction.
  • Front Desk Maintenance: Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and presentable.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Provide top-notch service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and management, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Computer Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in using hotel software and systems, ensuring accurate and efficient operations.
  • Flexibility: Work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our guests and hotel operations.
