Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to become a part of our team in the Manufacturing sector.

In this position, you will contribute significantly in the following areas:

  • Ensuring Equipment Reliability: Your support in resolving equipment issues and performing repairs will enhance the reliability and lifespan of machinery.
  • Contributing to Engineering Solutions: Engaging in evaluations of equipment design will provide valuable insights that can improve engineering results.
  • Developing Preventative Maintenance: Establishing processes for preventative maintenance will guarantee that equipment remains available and operational.
  • Upholding Quality Standards: Your collaboration with Facilities and Quality Engineering will reinforce the company's dedication to high-quality standards.
  • Driving Continuous Improvement: By participating in various maintenance and engineering activities, you will identify opportunities for ongoing process enhancements.

  • Maintenance Planning: Utilize maintenance records and data to formulate preventative and predictive maintenance strategies that enhance machine reliability and performance.

  • Controls Engineering Application: Leverage your knowledge of controls engineering to oversee the design and implementation of hardware and software solutions that improve manufacturing systems.
  • Ergonomic Considerations: Implement ergonomic principles to reduce risks and ensure a workplace conducive to employee well-being.
  • Manufacturing Knowledge: Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes and be open to implementing changes that drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
  • A college, university, or equivalent degree is required.
  • This position may necessitate licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
  • A foundational level of relevant work experience is required.
  • A relevant college degree or equivalent work experience is necessary.
  • Experience in maintaining production equipment.
  • Assisting with facility repairs.
  • Coordinating projects and contractors.
  • This role requires 100% onsite presence.
