Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range = $26.54 – $41.71, contingent upon mechanical and electrical expertise and experience.

PCA offers paid training to assist technicians in advancing through skill levels for increased compensation.

Technicians are responsible for their own basic hand tools, while PCA provides a tool stipend (or replacement) to help maintain these tools. All specialized and heavy tools are supplied by PCA.

Key Responsibilities

This role is based at PCA's Box Plant.


The selected candidate will undertake a variety of maintenance responsibilities, including diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant machinery.


Teamwork is essential, as technicians collaborate to safely conduct preventive maintenance activities and respond to breakdown incidents in a production environment.

All Industrial Maintenance Specialist roles are multi-skilled, with training provided to enhance these competencies.

Essential Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years' experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.

A Technical Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Trades is advantageous.

The production schedule operates across three shifts. Industrial Maintenance Specialists are assigned shifts based on plant requirements and seniority, with opportunities for shift changes available during organizational adjustments or production schedule modifications.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Experience in the corrugated packaging or printing sectors is a plus.
