About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to join our Shell Trading and Supply team. As a Technical Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing technical support for our Energy Trading and Supply operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise for Endur and its associated interfaces
  • Engage in project work and BAU activities, including requirement analysis, solution design and implementation, unit testing, and production deployment
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to IT procedures and policies
  • Drive the development of enhancements and facilitate change management communication
  • Lead development teams to deliver quality solutions within specified timelines
Requirements
  • At least 15 years of experience in Endur projects, with a deep understanding of the energy/commodity trading landscape
  • Expertise in various aspects of Endur, including managers, configurations, deal setup, Connex framework, and reporting
  • Proven track record of effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Mandatory experience with Agile Development techniques
  • Comprehensive understanding of business process improvement, risk management, and software development lifecycle
  • Ability to mentor junior team members and lead multidisciplinary teams
