Technical Solutions Consultant

As a Technical Solutions Consultant at PriceEasy AI, you will serve as the technical expert and consultant for clients using our platform. In this role, you will work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver tailored technical solutions that meet the specific needs of enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Integration & Implementation:
Lead technical implementation projects by working directly with client technical teams, ensuring the seamless integration of our platform into their existing systems.
Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during setup.Post-Sales Support:
Provide ongoing technical support to clients, helping them resolve issues, optimize system performance, and leverage new features. Assist the Customer Success team in delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Client Training:
Conduct training sessions and create documentation to educate clients on how to effectively use and configure our platform.
Feedback to Product Team:
Gather client feedback and communicate feature requests, issues, and enhancements to the product management and development teams.
Technical Expertise:
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive solutions, and new technologies to ensure that our platform remains a cutting-edge offering.
Regularly update internal teams on technical developments and best practices.Collaboration:
Serve as a key bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between the customer's needs and the product roadmap.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1-3 years of experience
in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar technical role in a B2B SaaS environment.
Experience working with
enterprise clients
in a B2B context, with a deep understanding of how SaaS solutions fit within broader enterprise systems.
Proficiency with CRM systems , ERPs, and other enterprise software.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
Experience with
data integration, middleware, and automation platforms
is a plus.
