Facilities and Equipment Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team at Niagara Bottling. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment, and for leading a team of maintenance professionals to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities- Facilities Management
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Ensure that all facilities are safe, secure, and well-maintained.
- Equipment Management
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment, including machinery, vehicles, and tools.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
- Team Leadership
- Lead a team of maintenance professionals to achieve the goals of the maintenance department.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Problem-Solving and Communication
- Analyze and resolve maintenance-related problems in a timely and effective manner.
- Communicate effectively with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that maintenance needs are met and that issues are resolved quickly.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience
- 6+ years of experience in maintenance operations, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proven experience in leading a team of maintenance professionals.
- Skills
- Strong knowledge of maintenance operations, including facilities management and equipment maintenance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and resolve maintenance-related problems.
