About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team at Niagara Bottling. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment, and for leading a team of maintenance professionals to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management
    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment.
    • Ensure that all facilities are safe, secure, and well-maintained.
  • Equipment Management
    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment, including machinery, vehicles, and tools.
    • Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead a team of maintenance professionals to achieve the goals of the maintenance department.
    • Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication
    • Analyze and resolve maintenance-related problems in a timely and effective manner.
    • Communicate effectively with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that maintenance needs are met and that issues are resolved quickly.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 6+ years of experience in maintenance operations, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
    • Proven experience in leading a team of maintenance professionals.
  • Skills
    • Strong knowledge of maintenance operations, including facilities management and equipment maintenance.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to analyze and resolve maintenance-related problems.
